How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Each plushie is handmade with care, so please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipping. Shipping times depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout!

What materials do you use for your plushies?

I use soft, high-quality plush or chenille yarn, safety eyes, and hypoallergenic stuffing. If you have material allergies or sensitivities, feel free to reach out before ordering!

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of handmade and digital products, I’m unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Please make sure your order is correct before completing checkout. If you have any concerns, I’m just a message away!

Are you currently accepting custom orders?

Custom orders are open at the moment! I do cap them once I reach a manageable number, so if you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to reach out while spots are still available.
